1. Self-Installation (Quick & Easy)
Most ReAssureLine devices are plug-and-play, meaning you can set them up yourself in just a few steps — no tools or technical knowledge needed.
How to Self-Install:
Unbox your device and make sure all parts are included (base unit, power cable, user manual, and any accessories).
Plug the base unit into a standard power socket and connect it to your phone line or broadband router (depending on the model).
Switch on the device — you’ll see indicator lights showing it’s ready to connect.
Test the system by pressing the emergency button or activating the sensor.
Confirm connection — our monitoring team will respond to ensure the setup is complete.
All ReAssureLine products come with clear step-by-step guides and access to online video tutorials.
2. Professional Installation Service
If you’d prefer a trained technician to handle everything, our professional installation service ensures your system is fitted perfectly and fully tested.
What’s Included:
Delivery and full setup of your chosen device(s)
Connection to our 24/7 monitoring centre
Function testing to ensure everything works correctly
Demonstration and user training
Optional integration with additional sensors or alarms
Our installers are DBS-checked, friendly, and trained to explain everything clearly before leaving your home.
3. Testing & Maintenance
To keep your system working reliably:
Test your alarm once a month by pressing the help button.
Replace batteries (if required) when alerted by the indicator light.
Keep your base unit connected to power and phone/broadband at all times.
